Technical Support
Technical Support are an integral part of a software company. The customer turns to you when they want to get back on track. Whether the customer has a legitimate problem, needs some help understanding how to use the product or needs some help with some aspect of the system like computer networking or photography you are there and waiting. You are what customers remember most when they deal with the company.
About the Duties
- Answer the technical support calls on your assigned time slot
- Assist the customers with their technical problems
- Accurately record the circumstances of the problem so that it can be reproduced for the engineering staff to review in order to solve the problem
- Our software quality is so high that there will be slow times when there are no customer issues pending. At these times you will assist in doing QA of the product or internal company MIS projects
- Creating camera drivers for our unique photo authentication feature

Job Requirements:
- 4 Year University Degree in Engineering or Science (top tier university is desirable)
- Experience at Adobe, Microsoft, Oracle or other major software company
- Knowledge of Computer Networks
- Knowledge of Photography is desired
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle is desired
- 2+ Years of experience in the software industry in a similar role
- Experience with bug tracking systems and the QA process
